Renovation Consultation

As we walk through your space, my goal is to learn how you live, what matters most, and the vision you have for your home. From there, we reimagine the space to improve functionality and identify changes that will have the greatest impact.

The result is a home that not only looks beautiful but works for your life.

Minimalist Kitchen Interior

Kitchen Design and Planning

Every kitchen should reflect the way you live, whether you’re feeding a busy family, entertaining guests, downsizing, or transitioning into a new chapter. I start with learning how you cook, gather and move through your space including what’s working, what isn’t, and what you envision.

The result is a kitchen that is uniquely yours, intuitive, beautiful, and designed not just for how it looks, but for how you live.

Local Project Oversight

Managing a renovation can be stressful and time-consuming, especially for homeowners who are not local. As your on-the-ground advisor, I monitor progress, represent your interests at every stage, and attend site visits. I serve as a single point of contact with contractors to ensure everyone is on the same page, expectations are aligned and facilitate decisions.

The result is a smooth renovation even from a distance.

Organized Closet Space

Storage Solutions

Closets - Laundry - Office - Garage - Hobby

Well-designed storage transforms how a home feels and functions. By understanding how you use your space and where clutter tends to build, I design solutions that improve flow and maximize storage.

The result is an environment that feels organized, intentional, and effortless, where everything has its place.

About Ingrid

After many years as a Human Resources Executive managing complex projects, I bring my strengths in relationship building, communication, and project management to my passion for renovation and designing beautiful, functional spaces. I’ve always been able to see possibility where others see problems, realizing my vision and transforming my homes.

My Story

In 2021, I bought an abandoned home that sat vacant for three years. Despite the “Danger – Do Not Touch” sign, significant structural issues, ceiling leaks, and other mysteries, I had a vision. While living in the Boston area and working full-time, I managed the renovation from a distance - navigating decisions, coordinating with builders, and wondering about on-site progress during the week. It was a hands-on education in the practical sides of renovation, and the unexpected challenges of renovation – especially when I couldn't be there.

This experience shapes how I work with clients. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust on the ground, who can help keep things moving forward, who can communicate clearly, and make sure your vision is realized. I’m now based full-time on Cape Cod and I’ve built strong relationships with a network of skilled, reliable professionals - from builders and tradespeople to local suppliers.

Independent Advisor

I work as an independent advisor, helping homeowners plan, make confident decisions, and navigate the renovation process with clarity and support. I do not accept commissions or incentives from contractors or vendors. My focus, and my allegiance, is entirely to you, my client. This allows me to be objective, protect your investment, and ensure that every recommendation is made with your interests in mind. The result is a well-executed project built on trust, clarity, and partnership.
